PLAN AHEAD - Give at least 4 weeks for single mailing and 6 weeks for a double mailing, especially for bulk mail.

- East coast delivery should plan for the longer estimated mail days.
- Postcard invite option can be mailed on it's own or mailed inside an envelope. Flyer invite requires envelope.
- Envelope option may have the Clinic Logo printed by itself or with the return address.
